When selling your property, remember that there is lots of competition out there so you have to give the prospective buyer every reason to choose your property over the others. Kypros Property have given you so many options to complete for this simple reason that the more information you give, the greater the chance of making a sale.

You also have the option to upload 5 images for your property, make sure these are good pictures that well present your property as a picture tells a thousand words.

After filling in all the required fields the description field is perhaps the most important, as you can add plenty of information about the property that you think will further attract a perspective buyer.

There is also an option for a ‘strap line’ this is for a major selling point like ‘Only 5 minutes walk from the beach’ , ‘ Close to town centre’ or perhaps ‘rural village location’ after all it might be just what your perspective buyer is looking for!!

As with property sales, we advise to give as much information as possible, taking care to mention facts about road access, available electric & water. We also recommend that you emphasize views, location etc after all there is not much else you can say about land is there!

Long Term Rent property

If you are renting you property then are research shows that most properties are rented fully furnished so it might be easier to let you property if you can furnish it. The most popular rentals are 1 or 2 bedroom properties or larger properties if they have a pool, it does not mean that other properties do not rent as they do but sometimes takes longer.

Remember to give as much information in your advert as you possible can and to utilise the 5 pictures that you can upload.

Holiday/Short Term Rental propertyThe key to remember when advertising you holiday or short term let is that the people will only be spending a short time with you so that you have to make it memorable at the right price then most will return year after year.

Sometimes it’s good to include a hire car in the price or as an optional extra especially if you property is away from public transport routes. Other useful; ideas include the addition of a BBQ and garden/patio furniture after all most people come on holiday to relax so think about what you would want if you stayed there!
