Q:What is stopping me just placing adverts for free?
A:Nothing, you can place unlimited adverts for free at anytime however these adverts expire after 30 days and then you will have to advertises that property again and each advert has to be authorise by an administrator and cannot be edited by the person placing the advert, also you do not get the technical support, training or ‘mini’ webpage we offer our trade users.

Q:I already have a website advertising my property, what makes Kypros property so special?
A:Most property websites only list property that is sold or rented by that company and it is common knowledge that only 1% of the visitors will actually make a request for information, out of that only a very small percentage will continue dialog resulting in a sale, this is because the prospective client is visiting other websites whilst surfing the internet and you are not the only one. He she may find something close to their requirements on your website but find something better on another site. A:All advertisement has to be approved before it shows, one of our operators will receive an email as soon as a new entry is added and they will authorise it within 24 hours, normally it is done within an hour.

A:Anyone that has already become a trade user of the service can become a reseller.

Q:What is the difference between a reseller and an agent?
A:An agent is someone that is appointed by Kypros property to either follow up enquiries or visit you to inform you of our services. He or she can also sign up a new user ‘on the spot’. A reseller is only able to introduce a prospective trade user to Kypros property.
