The concept behind Kypros property is excellent and to bring all the property companies together in a single place is a huge task but something the property industry in Cyprus desperately needs in order to survive. I believe like you, this will also create a more competitive market place and you have to be part of it to win.

It is true there are many property websites and places to advertise property (even free adverts) however these do not even come close to the user friendliness of your site and comprehensive information you offer about each property. Many of the free advertising sites only offer a maximum of 1 picture, little text and a price and I most cases limited to 1 month unless a payment is made and in some cases still take a commission on selling your property!

The only problems that i can see is you fighting against  the fact that Cypriot companies are not forward thinking enough to take part in this but if that’s the case then they will lose a valuable chance of gaining more clients. As you quite rightly say now is the time to consider safety in numbers.
