Kypros Property advertising is unique because of the way that you can advertises your property, land, job or classified because there is much more information provided to your prospective buyer or tenant than any other website in the world and we NEVER receive email from your prospective clients, YOU DO. These are huge claims but if you do not believe us then take look around the internet for yourself!

We also currently run our free advertising for a period of 90 days which is approximately 60 days longer than most and you are welcome to add as many adverts as you like with no restriction other than they expire after 90 days!

These adverts cannot be edited once added and will have to be authorised by a member of staff before they will display on the site (Authorised within 24 hours providing terms and conditions are met)

We also offer commercial advertising in two forms;

1.       Well placed banner advertising, this can be either as direct advertising (including telephone or contact details on the image) or as a link to your own website. The period of advertising is for a period of 1 year priced at €150 inclusive of VAT.
As this form of advertising space is limited it will be offered on a first come fist served basis

2.       Multiple property advertising and ‘Mini’ website: This is designed so that all your property can be added edited or removed by yourself in whatever Property category you wish (New Property, Resale’s, Land, Long Term let, Short Term Let and Holiday rentals), the Jobs and classified sections are free advertisement only.
You will also be able to choose a template for you own full page advert which can be accessed by clicking the link on ANY of your properties advertised on Kypros property, this will enable you to show all your properties in one location with personalised information, company logo and multiple contact or address information, for example if you have offices all over Cyprus.

The cost for this service is €500 inclusive Vat per year.
