We have also listened to feed back, not only from the companies we have worked with, from closely monitoring their customer’s web usage habits and also from the people using the internet for online shopping or a research tool.

Some of the most advanced technology has now gone into the latest version of our site making it easier to people to add items (3 months free listing) to our online sections without the need to register with us first. We have introduced a new facility for commercial advertisers where they will be able to add, edit and remove property via their own control panel (similar to what we had before) further more this advertising does not expire nor does it need to be authorised by a member of our staff so long as the yearly subscription is up to date.

This website is almost completely data based and automated to bring you a fast effective service like never before seen on the internet, We have also implemented various other technologies that have, as far as we know, never been used in this way to advertises property, usually on all the other websites we have seen, you can only view one property at a time and to compare information you need to keep clicking here and clicking there, however with our system you can click one of the  images on the property that interests you, drag it anywhere  on the screen and open up other properties in the same  way and compare them on the screen.
